Will you really take it if it doesn't run?
Yes. Running or not, we tow it, and pickup is free either way. You don't need to get it started or move it.
What condition is too damaged?
Almost any. We accept vehicles running or not. The vehicle needs to be in one piece, have its engine, and be somewhere a tow truck can reach it.
Does it cost anything?
No. Pickup, towing and processing are free. There is nothing to pay at any point.
What if I don't have the keys?
No problem. Just let us know when we call.
Do I need to be there for pickup?
No. Our team tells you where to leave the title and keys, and the driver leaves your receipt.
What if I don't have the title?
Call us or fill in the form anyway and tell us about it. Our title team works on title problems every day, and there is very little they haven't seen.
